Questions
- Who pays: me or my team?
- Your team. Everyone gets a team when they sign up, and teams buy seats, one per reviewer. Invite teammates from Settings → your team.
- What counts as a PR analysis?
- One analysis is used when Diffbox writes up a new version of a pull request. Each seat adds to a monthly allowance the whole team shares, and opening a pull request a teammate already analyzed is free.
- What happens if we run out?
- Diffs, comments and reviews keep working. Change write-ups come back when the allowance resets each month, or straight away if you add seats.
- Is our code used to train AI models?
- No. Diffbox reads pull requests from GitHub when it needs them and doesn't keep copies of your code. The AI provider it uses doesn't train on it either. See the privacy policy for details.
- Can we cancel?
- Anytime, from Settings → Billing. Team admins manage the plan and seats there.
